- Members and invited guests arrive at the Capitol before 11:30 a.m.
- 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. - Sign-making and lunch (members and invited guests MUST register for lunch) in the L'Etoile du Nord Vault Room
- 12:30-1:30 p.m. - Public rally in the Capitol rotunda
- 1:30-2:30 p.m. - Meetings with legislators
