Union Members March to Close the Camps

The United Steelworkers will be hosting a march in downtown Minneapolis Tuesday afternoon calling on the government to close the camps at our border and fix our broken immigration system. The event comes as the union is hosting their annual Civil Rights conference in Minneapolis with the theme of “Ain’t No Stopping Us Now! Forward as One.”

Join us starting at the Hilton Hotel for a march and rally ending at City Hall to raise your voice saying that union members and all Minnesotans want to close the camps, fix our immigration system and work together -- no matter our race, zip code, job or religion -- to build a future where all families can be safe, happy and healthy.
