Over 50 union members and supporters joined together and marched with the Minnesota AFL-CIO in the 2010 Twin Cities Pride Parade on Sunday. The Twin Cities Labor Chorus lead the group in song along the parade route. Union members from MNA, AFSCME, CWA, UAW, SPFT, Working America, and the Minnesota AFL-CIO were present in the parade. The parade was part of a weekend long festival for GLBT Pride Celebration. The Minnesota AFL-CIO also had a booth for the public to learn about unions and issues that affect working families.

Rochester --United Auto Workers Local 2125 at Crenlo voted overwhelmingly to accept their contract last Thursday night. This was their third contract vote since last fall.

Rochester, MN- -UAW Local 2125 supporters rallied outside Crenlo, Inc. plant in Rochester on January 13. UAW members are negotiating with management for a new contract. Union members are fighting for a fair contract after many months of rejected offers. Members are voting on their contract this Thursday, January 21. Stay tuned for updates.
