Judge Gerald Heaney passed away early last week. He was an advocate for equal rights, veteran, and friend of the Duluth labor movement. He will certainly be missed. You can read more about him in the current edition of Labor World. The visitation will be held Monday, June 28, 2010 from 5-7PM at the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Rosary. His funeral will be held on Tuesday, June 29, 2010 at the same church at 10:30 AM.
