59th Annual International Labour Conference to be held in Grand Portage July 15-17

Jun 10 2011

Workers are under attack around the world. From events in Wisconsin to events in Canada to events in China, we see large corporations make ever-increasing profits and the workers make less money.
Workers around the world need to unite in global solidarity and fight back against corporate greed and power.
The ILC is excited to bring you the opportunity to meet with your international brothers and sisters in labor, learn about issues facing unions across the globe, and participate in unity and solidarity events at this year’s conference, taking place in beautiful Grand Portage, Minnesota.
What Is the ILC?
The International Labour Council, created in 1952, consists of organizations affiliated with the Canadian Labour Congress (CLC) and the American Federation of Labor and Congress of Industrial Organizations (AFL-CIO.)
The ILC exists to promote solidarity among the global union movement and communication among global union members.
