The Area Labor Councils/Regional Labor Federations are showing the AFL-CIO Jobs Campaign presentation at their meetings and generating a lot of discussion and action. One great example is the Southeast Area Labor Council who made the presentation in Mankato last week to 14 union members. After the presentation everyone took to the phones and called Senator Franken’s and Klobuchar’s office to support the AFL-CIO’s Jobs for Main Street Act.
